Book an intro call

One step away from seeing six weeks of diligence done in a day.

Bring your questions and a deal if you have one. We’ll open a real Readout Package, walk through how a case runs start to finish, and cover what your security team will ask. You’ll leave knowing whether it’s worth trying on your next deal, and what it costs to find out.

  • Discuss what you want covered during the call and the details of your deal if you have one in mind.
  • Run through a sample Readout Package to see exactly what you’d get including a deep dive into the Zoe Score & its nine dimensions, the findings & their evidence trail, and how confidence levels are determined.
  • Understand how a case runs from the first invite to the finished report, including what happens to the data afterward, and review pricing & plans so you leave knowing what it takes to begin.

What you’ll see on the call

We open a Readout Package, not a slide about one.

Four artifacts come out of every case. On the call we open the first one and read it the way you would at an investment committee.

  • Zoe Score and findings

The score across nine dimensions with its confidence percentage and coverage tier, the findings register sorted by severity, and the guide to reading it. Shown as an example on this page.

  • IC memo

The readout written for the investment committee: what the data supports, what it does not, and the questions still open.

  • Signed opinion

A signed verdict letter when confidence clears the bar. When it does not, the memo says why.

  • Evidence appendix

Every finding’s trail, source by source and date by date, with the deck’s claims set against what the connected systems said.

What a case asks of you

You do three things. Zoe does the rest.

  1. 01

    Add the deck

Upload the target’s pitch deck. Zoe turns it into a Claim Ledger: every claim the deck makes, one per row.

  2. 02

    Invite the target

Zoe sends a signed link. Someone at the target accepts the data processing agreement and connects each system read-only in their own session. You never hold a password.

  3. 03

    Hold one call

Zoe writes the questions from the gaps. You hold the founder call and upload the transcript; every answer is scored answered, dodged or contradicted.

The full case flow, step by step, is on how it works.

Will the target say yes?

Nothing connects until the target has said yes.

This is the question that stops a case after everything else is agreed, so it is worth answering before you book. The consent gate is built for the person on the other side of it, not for the fund.

Frequently asked questions

Who should join from our side?

One person is enough. If you want your operating partner, or whoever would run the case with you, bring them — the second half of the call is the part they will have questions about.

Do I need a live deal to get value from the call?

No. A recent deal works just as well, and so does a hypothetical one. What helps is having a company in mind, so the walkthrough is about your pipeline rather than ours.

Will you show real customer data?

No. The Readout Package we open is Project Cephei, an illustrative example built for demonstration and labelled as such. Every figure in it is sample data.

Can our diligence provider join?

Yes, and it is a good idea. Zoe measures operational behaviour and signs an opinion on that; it does not give an accounting, legal or market opinion. Most funds will use both, and the call is more useful when the firm you already work with is in it.

What happens after the call?

If it fits, you can open your first case the same day. If you would rather circulate something internally first, ask for the sample Readout Package and we will send it.
