Each company’s nine-dimension score is weighted by its stage — pre-seed weights C-Suite and Vision heavier; growth weights Financial Vitality and Delivery & Execution. The composite Zoe Score is comparable across stages because the weighting normalizes for what should matter at each stage.
Do my CEOs need to do anything?+
Each system owner clicks a private, read-only link once — your CEO never hands over a login. No surveys to fill out, no interviews to schedule, no team meetings to interrupt. The diagnostic runs in the background and can be re-run on a cadence.
