Founder Call
One call with the target’s founder or CEO. The questions are generated from the gaps the Claim Ledger leaves open. The transcript is ingested and each answer is scored answered, dodged, or contradicted. No surveys, no forty interviews: one call, scored.
Why it matters
Systems answer most of the questions. They do not answer all of them, and they cannot explain themselves. One call, aimed only at what the ledger leaves open, gets the explanations without turning diligence into a survey program or forty management interviews. Scoring the answers keeps the call honest: a dodge is recorded as a dodge.
How Zoe reads it
Questions are generated from the open and contradicted rows of the Claim Ledger. The call is recorded, the transcript is ingested and stored for the case, and each answer is scored answered, dodged, or contradicted against the ledger and the systems. The scores flow into the findings and the Evidence Appendix.
