Claim Ledger
The pitch deck, one row per claim. Each row is checked against the connected systems and the data-room evidence once they arrive, and each row ends up confirmed, contradicted, or open. Open rows become the questions for the Founder Call.
Why it matters
A pitch deck is a list of claims. The Claim Ledger makes that list explicit and gives every claim a status, so the deal team can see at a glance which parts of the story the systems support, which they contradict, and which nobody has been able to check yet. It is the spine of the case: the cross-check, the Founder Call and the Evidence Appendix all hang off it.
How Zoe reads it
Each row starts open. When the target's systems connect, Said vs True runs against the rows it can reach and marks them confirmed or contradicted. Data-room evidence can close more. Whatever stays open becomes a question for the Founder Call, and the scored answer is recorded on the row. The finished ledger ships in the Readout Package.
