Health Dimension

One of the nine operational categories that make up a Zoe diagnostic: Financial Vitality, Delivery & Execution, Culture & People, C-Suite, Market & Competition, Go-to-Market, Vision & Strategy, Product & Customer, and Risk. Each dimension has its own sub-metrics, data sources, and confidence score.

Why it matters

A company can be strong in one dimension and fragile in another—high Financial Vitality with poor Delivery & Execution means the cash is real but execution risk is massive. Understanding which dimensions are at risk tells you where to intervene, which operating partners to assign, and how much post-close attention you'll need. Each health dimension surfaces different risk types: C-Suite issues require personnel moves; Delivery issues require process investment; Culture issues require integration work. Drilling into dimensions helps you allocate operating resources effectively.

How Zoe reads it

Each of the nine dimensions draws from distinct data sources and sub-metrics. Financial Vitality pulls from accounting and CRM systems; Delivery & Execution from GitHub and project systems; Culture & People from Slack and HR signals; C-Suite from calendar and communication graphs. Each dimension has its own confidence score reflecting data completeness. Dimension-level breakdowns allow you to see where the company is healthy versus where behavioral or structural risks concentrate.
