Confidence and Coverage Tier
What travels with every Zoe Score. Confidence is a percentage: how sure Zoe is of the number given the data behind it. The coverage tier says how much of the nine dimensions the connected sources and evidence actually reach. Thin data lowers both rather than being guessed at, and the Signed Opinion issues only when confidence clears the bar.
Why it matters
A number without a statement of how much it rests on is a guess wearing a decimal point. Confidence and coverage tier are how Zoe qualifies the score, and how the deal team can tell a thin read from a full one before they lean on it. They also gate the Signed Opinion: below the bar, Zoe reports the score and declines to sign.
How Zoe reads it
Coverage is computed from which sources connected and which dimensions they reach; the tier summarizes that in one label. Confidence is stated as a percentage next to the score in the Readout Package, and the signed opinion issues only when it clears the bar.
