Operational Due Diligence

A data-driven evaluation of a company’s operational health, execution capability, and structural risks before an investment or acquisition. Unlike financial due diligence (which audits past performance), operational due diligence measures leading indicators: communication patterns, decision velocity, execution cadence, and organizational health. PE firms use it to predict post-close performance, not just validate the LOI price.
