Signed Opinion
Zoe’s signed view of the operational picture, issued when confidence clears the bar. It is not a quality-of-earnings, legal, or market opinion, and it does not make the buy decision. When confidence is below the bar the package says so and ships without it.
Why it matters
A diligence provider who never puts a name to a view is asking to be trusted without being accountable. When the data supports it, Zoe signs. When it does not, Zoe says so. Either way the receipts ship, so the opinion can be checked rather than taken on faith.
How Zoe reads it
The opinion issues only when confidence clears the bar. It covers the operational picture the nine dimensions describe and stops there: not a QoE, not a legal opinion, not a market view, and not the buy decision, which stays the buyer's. It ships inside the Readout Package as a signed letter alongside the IC Memo.
