IC Memo
The investment-committee memo inside the Readout Package: the findings, the score, and what they mean for the deal, written so it can go into the IC pack as it stands. It states what Zoe read and what it did not; the decision stays the buyer’s.
Why it matters
Committees read memos, not dashboards. The IC Memo is the part of the Readout Package written for the room: what was read, what it showed, where the risk concentrates, and what stayed open. It saves the deal team from rewriting the findings into prose the night before.
How Zoe reads it
The memo is generated from the scored dimensions, the Claim Ledger and the Founder Call results, and it names its own limits: no quality-of-earnings, legal or market opinion, and no buy or walk recommendation. Every statement in it links to the Evidence Appendix.
